Geyser Pressure Valve & T&P Replacement

Geyser dripping from the overflow pipe? It's almost always the pressure-control or T&P valve.

If your overflow pipe is constantly dripping (especially at night), it's not the geyser failing — it's the pressure-control valve (PCV) or temperature-and-pressure (T&P) safety valve venting because it's worn. These are wear items and should be replaced every 4–5 years as preventative maintenance.

    What we do

Isolate, drain to valve level, replace PCV and T&P with SABS-approved units rated to your incoming water pressure, recommission and observe overflow for 30 minutes.
