Whether your old geyser has burst, you're upgrading capacity, or you're fitting out a new bathroom, the install has to be done to SANS 10254 or it fails a COC and your insurer can reject claims. Apple Plumbing & Electrical installs and replaces electric geysers across Johannesburg, Sandton, Midrand, Fourways and Bryanston. We stock the common 150L and 200L units, size the system to your household, fit the full compliant safety kit, and issue your Plumbing Certificate of Compliance — usually same day.
What we do
We supply and install electric geysers from the brands that last (Kwikot, Heatech, Franke and equivalents), in 100L, 150L, 200L and 250L+ capacities, in standard and high-pressure (400 kPa) configurations. A proper install is more than hanging a cylinder: we fit a drip tray with the overflow piped to outside, vacuum breakers on the hot and cold, a temperature-and-pressure (T&P) safety valve, a pressure-control valve matched to your incoming pressure, and a dedicated electrical isolator within reach. We drain and remove the old unit, mount and plumb the new one, wire it through your DB with the correct breaker, recommission, test under pressure for 30 minutes, and issue the Plumbing COC. If a solar geyser or heat pump would save you more, we'll show you the payback before you decide.

- Repeated no-hot-water or element/thermostat failures
- You're renovating, extending or fitting a new bathroom
- You need more capacity for a bigger household
