A failed geyser is the most common emergency we attend — either no hot water, or worse, water cascading from the ceiling. We carry the most common Kwikot, Heatech, Franke and Gap elements, thermostats, T&P safety valves, vacuum breakers and drip trays. That means we can usually diagnose and fix on the first visit. Where the cylinder itself has failed, we replace same-day with a new SABS-approved unit and issue a Plumbing Certificate of Compliance.
What we do
Diagnostics covers electrical (element, thermostat, isolator), mechanical (T&P safety valve, vacuum breaker, drip tray), and the cylinder itself (rust-through, weld failure, lining collapse). For salvageable units we replace the failed component, descale where needed and re-test pressure. For end-of-life cylinders we replace with a compliant install — drip tray, vacuum breakers, isolator and overflow correctly piped to outside, all to current SANS 10254 standard.
