What we do

Annual service covers: panel inspection and soft-water clean (we do not use abrasive brushes or pressure washers — they damage anti-reflective coating), DC connector torque check and thermal scan, inverter firmware update, battery state-of-health diagnostics, monitoring app review, surge protector inspection and DB-board check. We also handle fault calls — no output, no battery charge, error codes, sudden backup-time drop.

Annual service from R1,800 (residential, up to 10 panels). Fault-finding callouts from R950 plus parts. Battery health diagnostics from R650.
