Slow draining is almost always grease, hair or soap-scum build-up in the trap and waste pipe. We strip the trap, machine-clean the waste line back to the gully, and refit with new seals — your sink drains like new without resorting to caustic chemicals that damage your pipes.

What we do

We isolate the fixture, strip and clean the trap, then mechanically clean the waste pipe back to the gully using a flexible drain snake. We replace failed trap seals and washers, and check the vent if blockages are recurring (a vented drain that's been capped over is a common cause of gulping sinks).
