A burst under mains pressure puts out a remarkable volume of water very quickly, so the response order is always the same: stop the water, kill the power near it, photograph it, then call. Once the immediate damage is stopped, the question worth asking is why it burst. Pinhole failures in ageing copper arrive in clusters, and mains pressure running above 600 kPa will keep producing them until a pressure-reducing valve is fitted.
